Orders placed before 2PM on Monday - Friday: same-day shipping
Orders placed between after 2PM on Friday - Sunday: Shipment on Monday
Orders from Hokkaido and Kyusyu area will require 2 day shipping, and the next day shipping for any other areas.

- 2) We take precautions in quality check of our products, however, if in any case the product received was defective, damaged, or was a wrong item, please contact us at customer service center and return the product within 8 days after receiving the product. Shipping cost will not be charged, and we will accept either return or exchange of the defective item.
3) We do not accept returns of the following:
・If the item is being opened, or being used.
・If the item is damaged under customers' responsibility.
・If more than 9 days have passed since the day item has been received.
