Reduces noises by alloy processing the metal surfaces.
SUPER ZOIL GREASE reduces noises by smoothening the metal surfaces. It forms an alloy that bears the pressure of over 1000kg, and dramatically reduces metal friction.

SUPER ZOIL GREASE is a long-lasting grease that can be used under oppressive conditions.
It can be used in wide temperature range of -35℃ to +130℃. Moreover, its high anti-corrosion and anti-degradation effect provides long and stable lubrication.

Highly water-resistant, and strong anti-corrosion effect
It strongly attaches onto the phreatic surface, which prevents incursion of water and mud. Also performs high anti-corrosion effect since it does not emulsify when exposed to water or water vapor.

  • Effective for bearing and metallic contact noises, which is caused by a grease leak due to breakage of constant velocity joints or boots.
  • Unlike conventional greases, SUPER ZOIL GREASE reforms metal surfaces as well as to reduce engine noises.

HOW TO USE

 

Apply directly around stems and links when assembling engines.
When changing the boots of the constant velocity joints, remove the old grease and apply SUPER ZOIL GREASE directly. Then, inject joint grease before installment.
When not changing the boots, slightly displace the boots and apply SUPER ZOIL GREASE on the bearing or on the area where the noises occur. (Please use the attached nozzle)
The satisfactory effect may not be experienced if the bearing is damaged or severely worn out.
